IN-HOUSE CLEANING STAFF - Cleaning is the Achilles Heel for your income. It will destroy your revenue by causing poor reviews and potential booking platform suspension, We have our own housekeeping and maintenance staff. No outside contractors.
GUEST CLEANINGS ARE NO COST FOR OWNERS
FREE BASIC MAINTAINENCE - Included (No nickel and diming):

- AC filter cleaning
- Slider maintenance
- Fan blade cleaning
- Much more that are typically charged to you by the “others”

MAINTAINENCE /REPAIRS- Enjoy up to a 30% discount on our standard maintenance, installation and repair services for our clients.
- We will arrange 3rd party repairs with a 100% price pass through, no markup (typically a 15-20% markup)
MAXIIMUM REVENUE - Generated using 12+ BOOKING PLATFORMS including AirBnb, VRBO, HomeAway, Booking.com, Expedia.. A synchronized Real-Time calendar ensures that no duplicate bookings will EVER happen!
CAROLINA ESCAPES BOOKING WEBSITE - This can save YOU and the GUEST 20% each!
GUEST SUPPLIES are stored on site or in our local warehouse.
We use Dynamic Pricing and local knowledge for nightly rates.
MONTHLY REVENUE REPORTS - Owner profits are paid out every 15th of the month.
OWNER PORTAL - Allows you to have 24/7 access for revenue review, SELF BOOKINGS of their property. Owners are immediately notified of new bookings.

Guest Features & Benefits

Guests will get WHITE GLOVE service at their booking, during their stay and upon checkout.
Guests will receive comprehensive Check-In instructions, House Rules, a Digital Guidebook to the area and detailed Check -Out instructions
Guests can self check-in anytime after 4pm. Check out is 10am.
We follow up with every guest 24 hours after check in to ensure that they have everything they need and are enjoying their vacation.
